HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 19.07.2018 Respondent no.3 has appeared in Court along with his counsel, who accepts notice. She has been identified by W/SI Varsha of police station Defence Colony. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Saket Court, New Delhi on 5th August, 2017. She has no objection in case FIR No. 278/2015 under Sections 323/506/354/354(A)/509/34 IPC registered at police station Defence Colony is quashed in view of the settlement. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and

respondent no. 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
