Principal Judge, Family Court, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, to any other competent court of appropriate jurisdiction;

b) Pass appropriate directions for restoration of petitioner's right to cross-examine PW-2 in accordance with law. c) Stay the further proceedings of the aforesaid case during the pendency of the present petition;

d) Call for the records of the case case bearing HMA No. 589819/2016 titled "Dr. Dheeraj Kapoor vs. Dr. Chetna Kapoor", pending before the Court of Ld.
