Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing the FIR No. 225/2017 under Section 323/354/354B/354C/354D/506/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 12 of POCSO Act registered at Police Station Swaroop Nagar and the proceedings emanating thereto. 2.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition.
