The present matter arises in the context of an award dated 16.05.2023. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that despite issuance of recovery certificate on 24.01.2024, the same has not been implemented till date. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for GNCTD states that as per the memo of parties, the show cause notices have been issued to Ministry of Home Affairs, however the concerned department being M.N.ER could not be located. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 states that necessary details would be passed to learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 within a period of two weeks from today. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 submits that as soon as the instructions are received, the concerned SDM would take necessary steps for implementation of the award.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of in above terms.
