By this application, the respondents prays for modification of our Order dated 23.12.2024, to further record that the Order dated 20.12.2024 passed by the respondents, has been modified by the respondents vide its Order dated 27.12.2024, in the following terms: "Amend to read Clause of Discharge AS 15 [2(a)], "AT HIS OWN REQUEST ON TRANSFER TO PENSION ESTABLISHMENT" FOR 15[2(a)] "AT HIS OWN REQUEST ON FULFILLING THE CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT."

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not have any objection to the modification being made in our Order dated 23.12.2024. 3.

Accordingly, we direct that out Order dated 23.12.2024 shall be read as also making a reference to the Order dated 20.12.2024 having The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
