First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as „B.N.S.S.‟), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Manoj Gupta for grant of Bail in FIR No.82/2025 under Section 64(1)/74/75/351(3)/115(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Dwarka North.
