The present application has been preferred by the complainant/victim seeking correction in the statement of the learned APP recorded in the order dated 29.08.2024 to the extent that the cheated amount has travelled to the accounts of other accused persons besides the applicant/petitioner and coaccused, namely Taiyaab Hussain and Manoj Patel. 2.

Learned APP for the State submits that the said money has travelled to various accounts and as per the chargesheet filed, no transaction was found in the account of Islamuddin, however, the case also involves transactions in cash. He further submits that his statement be not read as giving a clean chit to the other co-accused persons. 3.

In view of the above statement, the application is disposed of. 4.
