% 23.03.2016 Present writ petition has been filed challenging CIC order dated 11th August, 2015 whereby the CIC disposed of the petitioner‟s appeal on the ground that the information has been provided to him. Petitioner who appears in person states that the information has been provided to him rather late.

In the event the information has been provided late, the remedy lies in filing a separate application under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Consequently, the present writ petition and the applications are dismissed.
