% 23.03.2016 Present writ petition has been filed challenging the CIC order dated 27th August, 2015 whereby the petitioner‟s appeal was disposed of on the ground that it stood satisfied as the PIO had furnished the requisite information and the same had been despatched to the petitioner.

Petitioner who appears in person states that the information was furnished after more than four months.

In the opinion of this Court, if there is any delay in furnishing the information, the petitioner is at liberty to file separate proceedings under the Right to Information Act, 2005, but he cannot challenge the CIC order dated 27th August, 2015.

Consequently, the present writ petition and the applications are dismissed.
