By the present petition, the department challenges the order dated 16.01.2022, pursuant to which the respondent No. 2 was admitted on bail. The order was passed way back on 06.01.2022. The trial has since proceeded and the Department does not seem to be interested in pursuing the present matter. 4.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
