The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the Trial Court to expedite and conclude the trial in FIR No. 526/2019, registered under Sections 302/34 IPC at Police Station Jahangir Puri, Delhi.

Ms. Radhika Kolluru, learned APP for the State, on instructions submits that in this case charge-sheet has been filed on 22.01.2020, and the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions and the matter is now

listed for hearing arguments on charge on 28.09.2020. 3.

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 4.

Leave, as prayed, is granted and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
