The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions against the respondents to pay compensation arising out of the death of deceased son of the petitioners, who died due to electrocution. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents draw the attention of this Court to Annexure P-3 of the present petition, where a statement has been recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, wherein, it is stated that the unauthorized connection of electricity was taken from a toilet complex maintained by the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board ("DUSIB"), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The said body is not even made a party and no averments have been made against the said body.
