Vide judgment dated 17th October, 2025, OMP (COMM) 363/2022 has been partly allowed.

The award of Rs. 15 crores under claims no.3 and 6(a) has been set aside. However, the award under claim no.5 for a sum of Rs. 6.46,61,745/- along with interest has been upheld.

Counsel for the judgment debtor submits that the judgment debtor is willing to pay the aforesaid amount under claim no.5 and has already written a letter to the decree holder asking for its bank account details. 4.

Counsel for the decree holder submits that the bank account details shall be duly provided to the judgment debtor. 5.

The aforesaid amount shall be paid by the judgment debtor to the decree holder within one (1) week after the receipt of the bank account OMP (ENF.)
