% 02.04.2025 EX.APPL.(OS) 560/2025 (Application on behalf of the Decree Holder seeking directions for the release of Rs. 11,55,86,950/- to the Decree Holder) 1.
The present application has been filed by the Decree Holder seeking direction for release of Rs. 11,55,86,950/- which stands deposited, by the Judgment Debtor with the Registrar of this Court. 2.
Issue notice. Learned counsel for Judgement Debtor accepts notice. 3.
Learned counsel for the Judgement Debtor states that the said amount already stands deposited with this Court on 19.12.2024. 3.1. He states that the Judgement Debtor has no objection if the present application is allowed.

The Registry is directed to release the amount prayed for, from the deposit received from the Judgment Debtor on 19.12.2024 5.

EX.APPL.(OS) 561/2025 (Application on behalf of the Judgment Debtor for recall of order dated 25.02.2025 passed in EX.APPL. (OS) No. 38/2025) 6.
The present application has been filed by the Judgement Debtor seeking recall of the order dated 25.02.2025 passed by this Court attaching the bank accounts of the Judgment Debtor on the account of non-compliance of the order dated 18.09.2024.

Learned counsel for the Applicant/Judgement Debtor states that on 25.02.2025 the Court was not made aware of the fact that the balance decretal amount of Rs. 11 Crores approximately already stood received on 19.12.2024.
7.1. He states that by virtue of order dated 25.02.2025, a further amount of Rs. 13 Crores has been attached and received by this Court. He prays that the said amount be directed to be restituted by the registry to the bank account of the Judgement Debtor.

Issue notice. Learned counsel for the Decree Holder accepts notice. 8.1. He states that Decree Holder has no objection to the relief sought in this application. And, more specifically, in view of the orders passed earlier today in EX.APPL.(OS) 560/2025.

In view of the submissions of the parties, the Registry is directed to restitute the amounts received in the Registry in pursuance to direction issued vide order dated 25.02.2025 to the bank account of the Judgment Debtor within two (2) weeks.

The counsel for the Judgment Debtor is directed to provide all necessary details to the registry for implementing these directions. 11.
