The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 767/2020 under Section 308/354/323/506/509/34 of the IPC registered with PS Najafgarh.

Ms Dhalla, appearing for the State has filed certain video clippings which shows the petitioner viciously attacking a woman who appears to be relatively defenceless.

custodial interrogation is not required as all necessary material is otherwise available. He further states that the complainant had come with a property dealer to the residence of the accused and the entire matter requires to be investigated from that perspective as well.

This Court does not consider it apposite to accede to the prayer made in the present petition. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 6.

It is clarified that nothing stated in this order shall construed or read to the prejudice the petitioner in any other proceedings including any application for bail that may be filed subsequently. 7.

The pending application is also dismissed.
