The present application under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- i) The Petitioner Interim Bail be extended for a period of30 days in FIR No. 302/19, U/s-302/1208 IPC, PS: Geeta Colony ii) The Petitioner is ready to abide by the condition which the Hon'ble court will impose on him.

iii) Pass any other order in the interest of justice. " 2.

Vide order dated 26.04.2024 in BAIL APPLN. 1389/2024, the present applicant was granted interim bail subject to conditions mentioned therein. It is pointed out that the surgery of the applicant's father, which was scheduled for 15.05.2024 has been conducted.

and the same is taken on record. The aforesaid status report reflects that the applicant's father shall require further hospitalization for a period of two to three days.

In view thereof, the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 26.04.2024 in BAIL APPLN. 1389/2024 is extended till 21.05.2024 on the same terms and conditions. Thereafter, the applicant shall surrender himself after expiry of the interim bail before the concerned Jail Superintendent.

The application stands disposed of.
