For the past several dates, there is no appearance on behalf of the parties. On 14.08.2025, this Court had noticed that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 03.07.2023, learned Registrar has already appointed Local Commissioner who has executed the sale deed on behalf of the Judgement Debtors on 24.07.2023. This possibly explains the nonappearance of the parties. 2.
