The present Petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking grant of bail in FIR No. 254/2022 registered under Sections 392/397/411/12B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 24/54/59 Arms Act at Police Station Preet Vihar, Delhi.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the submission made, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
