W.P.(C) 6668/2020 & C.M. APPL. 23180/2020 Mr. S.K. Gupta learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that when the petition was filed by the Petitioner on the first occasion it could not be uploaded due to certain errors and the counsel was asked to upload the petition again. On account of this fact the same petition was uploaded twice. This according to him has led to a situation where the petition uploaded later was listed before this Court on 17.09.2020 being W.P.(C) 6562/2020 titled 'Gajay Singh v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors.' and stands adjourned to 11.11.2020. The petition listed today is the petition which was initially
