By way of the present petition, Petitioner No.2 seeks protection from Respondent No. 2 who is the father of Petitioner No. 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have already attained the age of majority and are married to each other without the consent of their families due to which, Respondent No. 2 who is the father of Petitioner No. 1, has been threatening them.

It is not clear as to the manner in which Respondent No. 2 has been threatening the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are not staying in Azamgarh anymore where the father of Petitioner No. 1 resides.

them and make any unpleasant conversation.

The petitioners are also at liberty to approach the concerned police authorities at the place of their residence who, obviously, have to take action in accordance with law as and when any such complaint is filed.

It is also not clear as to why this petition is filed before this High Court. The address of the petitioner is also not verifiable from the affidavits filed along with the present petition and the petitioner is also not present before this Court. 8.
Therefore, no pre-emptive order can be passed as sought. 9.
