By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 308/2021 dated 21.07.2021, registered at Police Station Ghazipur, District East, Delhi, under Sections 279/337/323/341/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, alongwith all proceedings arising therefrom, on the ground of settlement.

After some arguments, Ms. Tanya Kaushik, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 3.

The petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the right and contentions of the parties in the criminal proceedings.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
