The Revision Petition under Section 115 read with Section 151 CPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing/setting aside the impugned Order dated 05.03.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge, North West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi in SCJ No. 392/2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that he be permitted to withdraw the Petition as it has become infructuous, in view of the settlement inter se the parties.
