This is a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of the Presiding Arbitrator to the tribunal constituted for adjudication of the disputes, which have arisen between the parties in relation to the Construction Agreement dated 06.06.2019.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous as a Presiding Arbitrator has already been appointed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 17.09.2020 upon filing of a similar petition. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
