By way of the present petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 90/2011 dated 22.07.2011, registered at Police Station Karol Bagh under Sections 406, 420, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, on the ground that the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. Parth Mullick, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court for compounding of the aforesaid offences. 3.

The petition, alongwith pending application, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case or on any petition that may be filed by the petitioner hereafter, which shall be considered by the appropriate Court on its own merits, in accordance with law.
