The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed impugning the order dated 29.04.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Courts-01, South-West District, Dwarka Court, New Delhi in GP No. 86/2021 titled as ―Vijay Nand vs. Durga Devi‖ whereby the application of the petitioner seeking interim custody of children for five days were dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move afresh as per law. 5.
