Mr. Rajesh Gupta, counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners (legal heirs of deceased Mr. Dev Prakash Nagpal), seeks liberty to withdraw the instant petition on the ground that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties.

Ms. Anju Jaiswal, daughter of Mr. Dev Prakash Nagpal, is present in the Court and confirms the same.

Mr. Rajesh Gupta has also handed over the copy of the order dated 26th September 2025 of the District Judge Central, Tis Hazari Courts, noting that the joint statement of the parties has been recorded and pursuant to the same, the suit was dismissed as withdrawn on the basis of the settlement. 4.

Accordingly, this petition is also dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Pending application(s) stand disposed of accordingly. 6.
