Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner proposes to file an application for release of the vehicle in question in terms of the "Guidelines for Handling of End of Life Vehicles in Public Places of Delhi, 2024" dated 20.02.2024.

Learned counsel for the respondents state that if such an application is filed, it will be processed expeditiously in accordance with law.

In view of the above, no further orders are required in this writ petition, which stands disposed of.
