O R D E R

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging contempt of the directions contained in the order dated 27.09.2023 in W.P.(C) 12793/2023, whereby it was inter-alia directed as under: "7. Following the order dated 17.05.2023 in W.P.(C) 6617/2023, therespondents are directed not to take any coercive steps against thepetitioners, in respect of the impugned communications, until the next date of hearing."

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that there has been no breach by the respondents of the directions contained in the order dated 27.09.2023. He submits and undertakes, on instructions, that the respondent shall continue to abide by the interim directions contained in the aforesaid order dated 27.09.2023.

He, however, submits that the challans in question which are referred to by the petitioner have been issued on grounds which have nothing to do The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. with the impugned communication in the writ petition filed by the petitioner, for instance, on account of plying on railway tracks. He further submits that the petitioner itself has admitted its guilt/culpability in respect of the five out of seven challans issued against the petitioner. The same is however, controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Learned counsel for respondent also states that the respondent shall not interfere with the platform vending activities of the petitioner and the impugned communication dated 19.04.2022 and 14.09.2022 shall be kept in abeyance.

In view of the aforesaid undertaking and assurance given by the respondent, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.The same is accordingly disposed of.
