The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 24th May, 2023 passed by the learned Family Court, North District, Rohini, Delhi in GP No. 25/2023, wherein, the petitioner had been granted visitation of two minor daughters on the first and third Saturday of every month from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the Children's Room, Rohini Court.

Today, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that visitation could not be granted to the petitioner only in the month of March and first week of April, owing to examinations of the two minor daughters. He further submits that thereafter, the petitioner has met the minor children regularly. He submits that the respondent undertakes to compensate the petitioner for the period when visitation could not be granted to the petitioner, owing to the examinations of the minor children. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent has also not shared the details of the school of the minor children for the purposes of paying the school fees of the minor children. 4.
Responding to the aforesaid, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that there are huge dues, which are payable by the petitioner to the respondent, for which execution proceedings are pending between the parties.

Be that as it may, it is directed that the respondent shall share the account details of the school with the petitioner, so that the petitioner can pay the school fees of the minor children.

It is clarified that this direction is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent in the execution proceedings. 7.
Accordingly, it is directed that the respondent shall provide compensatory visitation to the petitioner for the period when the visitation could not be granted to the petitioner with the minor children. 8.
Considering the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
