The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent nos.1 to 4 to take appropriate action against respondent no.5.

It is alleged that respondent no.5 is a sole proprietorship and is using the name and logo of United Nations and its initiatives and programmes. It is alleged that respondent no.5 has falsely represented that it has affiliation with various organisations. 3.

Ms Shrivastava, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 to 4 states that the petitioner's complaint and the material placed alongwith this petition would be examined, and if the allegations are found to be merited,

necessary action in accordance with law would be taken. 4.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
