At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and pursuant thereto, they have agreed to dissolve their marriage by mutual consent and have already filed a petition under Section 13 (B) (1) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. 2.

It is submitted that in view of the above, the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with the present contempt petition. 3.
