Keeping in view the averments in the application the delay in filing the rejoinder affidavit is condoned and the same is taken on record. 2.
Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 8673/2021 & CM APPL. 26894/2021 3.
At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent states that the present writ petition is not maintainable, as the petitioner has an alternative effecacious remedy by way of filing a Revision Petition under Section 116 of Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2003.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition and application are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a Revision Petition. It is clarified that in the said Revision Petition, it shall be open to the petitioner to urge all its contentions and submissions raised in the present writ petition. It is further directed that in the event the revision petition is filed within three weeks, the same shall not be dismissed on the ground of limitation.
