The present petition is filed seeking leave to appeal against the judgment dated 23.05.2022, passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (MM), Tis Hazari Court, Central District, Delhi, pursuant to which the Respondent was acquitted for offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 ('NI Act').
