The applicant/accused seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 429/2017 of Police Station Anand Vihar for the offence under Section 394/395/397/34 IPC and Section 25/27 Arms Act.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court subsequent to conclusion of testimonies of the remaining three witnesses namely, wife, daughter and attendant of first informant, doctor.
