Learned counsel urges that the petitioners be permitted to open and operate Locker No. 874 at Oriental Bank of Commerce, Surajmal Vihar, Delhi, which is in their name.

Complainant, who is present in person, has no objection to it. 3.

It is informed that the matter has been settled between the parties by a Comprehensive Settlement Deed dated 19.08.2016 (Ex.P-1/4). Terms and conditions arrived at between the parties are being acted upon.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties, the petitioners will be at liberty to open and operate Locker No. 874 at Oriental Bank of Commerce, Surajmal Vihar, Delhi. 5.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 6.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn in the above terms. 7.
