The accused/applicant seeks protection from arrest in case FIR No. 263/2024 of PS Crime Branch, Dwarka Sector-9, Delhi for offence under Section 8/20 of NDPS Act.

Broadly speaking, according to prosecution case, 6.283 kg ganja (intermediate quantity) was recovered from accused Sagar, who in his confessional statement stated that he sold 8 kg ganja to the present accused/applicant. But from the present accused/applicant, nothing incriminating was recovered.

As on date, the only factor weighing against the accused/applicant is that he is a Proclaimed Offender.
