The Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 571/2023 for offences under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at PS: Karol Bagh.

At the outset, counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges that subsequent to the filing of the present petition, the chargesheet has been filed.
