O R D E R

% 13.11.2025 CRL.M.A. 32996/2025 (Permission to travel to Singapore) 1.

Through the present application, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to travel to Singapore from 15.11.2025 to 21.11.2025 and UAE from 25.11.2025 to 02.12.2025, thereby, temporarily suspending the LOC for these dates.

Learned counsel for respondent no.2 has handed over a document submitting to the effect that the LOC has been withdrawn vide order dated 22.09.2025 and a communication to the Bureau of Immigration has already been made.

In view of the statement made, the application stands disposed of. W.P.(CRL) 1432/2025 6.

In view of the order of the even date passed in CRL.M.A. 32996/2025, the present petition is rendered infructuous. 7.

At this stage, Mr. Ravi Prakash, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 14.08.2025 and 28.08.2025, the petitioner was granted permission to travel abroad earlier, subject to certain conditions. Those conditions were inter alia deposition of an FDR and property documents. Learned senior counsel has made a submission that FDR and the property documents deposited with the Registrar General of this Court may be released to the petitioner 8.

The Registry is directed to release the FDR and property documents to the petitioner, subject to verification of identity. 9.

Accordingly, the petition, along with pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
