The present application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

a. Allow the Matter to be listed for hearing before 29.05.2024; and b. Pass such further order as may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

In view of the averments made in the present application, the same is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

"It is therefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may graciously be pleased to quash the Summon and entire proceedings of the Complaint Case No.997 of 2023 (Sushil Jaiswal Prop of M/S Amrit Dhara water Solution versus Rajesh Kumar jaiswal), under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, pending in the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, North, Rohini Court, Delhi. Any other or further order which the Hon‟ble Court may deem fit, just and proper, in the present circumstances of the present case may also be passed"

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take the grounds urged herein during the course of trial in accordance with law. 7.
