1. The present applications have been moved seeking clarification in the order dated 21.10.2024 passed by Hon'ble Ms. Justice Neena Bansal Krishna relating to the appearance for the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr.Vaibhav Dubey, learned counsel submits that he had been appearing on behalf of the petitioner throughout however, in the order dated 21.10.2024 in petitions bearing CRL.M.C. 3585/2024, CRL.M.C. 3610/2024, CRL.M.C. 3620/2024, CRL.M.C. 3621/2024, inadvertently, the names of Mr. Neeraj Gupta and Mr. Kamal Gupta, Advocates have appeared as learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. A perusal of the record also indicates this. It seems to be an inadvertent error, as this is just a formal application for clarification solely concerning the appearance.
