This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:- "a. Pass a direction to the respondent no.2 to conduct the exam online for the 2nd professional mbbs course 2019 which going to held from 5th October 2020 to 19th October 2020 as per the date sheet issued by the respondent no. 3-6 vide reference no. 005/exam/008/aku/2018-2775; b. pass a direction to the respondents no.3 to 6 to make the arrangement for online examination for the 2nd professional MBBS Course 2019 which going to held from 5th October 2020 to 19th October 2020 as per the date sheet

issued by the respondent no.3 to vide ref .

It is manifest that what is challenged before this court is a Datesheet issued by Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna. 3.

Learned counsel has entered appearance for respondent No.2/MCI and has pointed out that the petitioner as per the 'Memo of Parties' is a permanent resident of Bihar. It is stated that there are no directions of respondent No.2 for conduct of Online Examinations and hence, it is appropriate that the petitioner should approach the High Court at Patna. 4.

The grievance of the petitioner relates to the holding of Physical Exams by Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna. In my opinion, it is appropriate that the petitioner should approach the Patna High Court. 5.

Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate court. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J SEPTEMBER 18, 2020/n
