This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayer(s) :- "A. issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ or order directing respondents to inspect petitioner's university & process & decide petitioner's application dated 24.05.2025 for grant of recognition of ITEP course in time bound manner from academic session 2026-27; and/or..." 2.

For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice to the respondents. 3.

Since the petitioner is only seeking the processing and decision on petitioner's application dated 24.05.2025 for grant of recognition of ITEP course for the academic session 2026-27, I am of the view that the same should be so done.
