% 02.02.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking directions to respondents to immediately release/ pay to the petitioners their unpaid, withheld salary, allowances, arrears, other dues thereof with interest @ 12% per annum, recoverable from salary of the officers of the respondents. After some arguments, Mr. Pradeep Kumar seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Delhi.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
