Counsel for the Petitioner points out that the above captioned contempt proceedings arise from the proceedings in W.P.(C) 15098/2022 which were listed as connected matters before this Court. She states that due to non-appearance of the counsel for Petitioner, the said writ petition as well as the captioned contempt proceedings were dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 8th April, 2024. She further submits that subsequently on 02nd May, 2024, the said writ petition has been restored by this Court to its original number.

In light of the above, since the present contempt proceedings were also dismissed along with the writ petition, and since the writ petition has already been restored, the request for restoration of contempt proceedings is allowed.
