This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking review of our Order dated 01.05.2025, whereby we had refused to interfere with the listing of the O.A. before the learned Tribunal and the date of hearing being given by it.

While we see no ground to review our Order, we only request the learned Tribunal not to grant any unwarranted adjournment to the respondent on the next date of hearing and make an endeavor to consider the O.A. on merits on the date when it is next listed before it, that is, on 03.07.2025.
