4.
We have heard the learned counsel representing the Review Applicant / Petitioner.
5.
The Petitioner prays for reviewing the order passed by this Court on 18.02.2026. It has been contended that the Petitioner worked for 171 days and not 88 days on contractual basis. 6.
Even if the claim of the Petitioner is accepted that he has worked for 171 days, although it is the stand of the Respondents that the Petitioner only worked for 140 days, still the Petitioner is not entitled to claim regularization as he is out of service from 22.01.2015.
7.
Hence, there is no ground to review the order dated 18.02.2026.
8.
The present Review Petition is, therefore, dismissed even if the Petitioner is deemed to have worked for 171 days. ANIL KSHETARPAL, J AMIT MAHAJAN, J MARCH 19, 2026 'KDK'
