By way of the present petition, the petitioners are seeking following prayers:
"A. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ or directions to the Respondents Nos. 1 & 2 to secure and protect the life, liberty, safety and security of the Petitioners as enshrined and guaranteed under Articles 19 & 21 of the Constitution of India, against the Respondents Nos. 3 to 6 grossly violating the Petitioners' constitutional rights to live safely, securely and peacefully & with respect and dignity by mercilessly beating with "Iron Hammer" in the open street outside their house, terrorizing, manhandling, threatening to kill, restraining and disconnecting water supply, trying to encroach and trespass into their property, and obstructing to live in their house peacefully, safely and securely.
B. Pursuant to issuance of notice, a status report has been filed. 3.
It is stated that the contact number of the SHO has already been provided. It is informed that the petitioner has also preferred an application under Section 153 of Cr.P.C., which is pending consideration. 4.
Considering the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed. Needless to state in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he would be at liberty to seek his remedy as may be available under law. 5.
The petition is disposed of.
