The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/MCD to take action against the unauthorized construction being carried out by respondent no.3 at property bearing no.9024, Ram Bagh Road, Pul Bangash, Azad Market, Delhi-110006 (hereinafter 'subject property').

Photographs have been filed along with the petition showing the unauthorized construction.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/MCD, on advance notice, submits that a show-cause notice has already been issued to W.P.(C) 7875/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the respondent no.2/SHO, P.S. Bara Hindu Rao in respect of unauthorized construction being carried out.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent no.1/MCD to take action in accordance with law. 5.
The respondent no.2/SHO, P.S. Bara Hindu Rao shall ensure that no unauthorized construction is carried out in the subject property. 6.
In the event, the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
7.
All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the private respondent no.3/owner/ occupier are kept open.
8.
Pending applications stand disposed of.
