During the course of hearing, it transpires that on the complaint of respondent no.2, certain notices were issued to the petitioners. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, however, submits that the petitioners will cooperate with the enquiry being carried out by respondent no.1, however, the personal appearance of the officials may not be necessary.

The said submissions, at this stage, seem to be reasonable and accordingly, the petitioners are granted liberty to submit their reply to respondent no.1 commissioner with respect to the notice sent by the respondent no.1.
