After some hearing, learned counsel for the parties are agreeable to a disposal of this appeal with the following directions : (i) The appellants-defendants would file their reply to the respondent's application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the CPC on or before 20 May 2025 with an advance copy to learned counsel for the respondent. The respondent would file his rejoinder thereto on or before 24 May 2025. (ii) Copies of the reply and rejoinder with annexures thereto FAO(OS)(COMM) 84/2025 KUMAR 18:50:30
would also be emailed to the Court Master of the learned Single Judge.
(iii) The learned Single Judge is requested to take up the application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the CPC for hearing on 26 May 2025.
(iv) Learned counsel for both sides undertake not to seek any adjournment on the said date.

Reserving the rights of the appellants to seek legal remedies, in case the appellants continue to remain aggrieved, this appeal is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms.
